FREE Mindful Relaxation session by CSREC

Central Scotland Regional Equality Council CSREC is offering a FREE 30-minute Mindful Relaxation session on Tuesday 7 December 2021 at 4.00 pm at @FalkirkSewingStudio  MSU3, Callendar Square Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk FK1 1UJ. In the session, they will focus on relaxing your body and mind in a calm and safe environment to give ourselves a break from the worries of everyday life.
